I have tried so many different brands. But this flaxseed gel works really well on my 4C hair. After washing, my coils are soft and long lasting. I only need to use a little for the next day. It does not leave my hair dry or brittle.

I LOVE this product. I have long, thick, straight hair that is very prone to dryness. Other cleansing products make my hair feel “squeaky” and brittle. This cleanser removes buildup while also keeping it well moisturized. It seems to be enhancing the body as well.

Clean, fresh and moisturizing. You only need a little for a nice lather. No stripping at all.
I was so excited to use this, I hoped in the shower to start wash day as soon as it arrived. I really don’t like to give bad reviews, but this shampoo is not a shampoo. It is more of cowash it doesn’t sud up or clean the scalp/hair at all. It’s just oily sitting on the hair. Also it caused a slight burning sensation which of from one of the ingredients that causes scalp irritation. My hair ended up shedding a tad bit more than normal because of this. I do not recommend, it was only mess and left a waxy oily feel on the hair and not in a good way. I don’t want a refund bc I don’t want to take money out of a small business pocket, but this is going in the trash.
