How long does it take for a package to arrive?

 

Factoring in the order processing time and the time it takes for the mail carrier to deliver your package from the date that you have placed your order it takes an average of 5-7 business days to arrive to your residence.

Currently we do not offer an expedited/rush speed in regards to our order processing, we are a small black-owned home based business.

Step 1 - Order Processing (2-3 Business Days)

When your order is ready to be processed we purchase your shipping label. You will receive the tracking number for this label via email. Once you receive your tracking number it can take 24 to 48 hours to see tracking updates for your package. 

We then pack and deliver your package to the shipping carrier. This takes 2-3 BUSINESS days (MONDAY - FRIDAY).

 

Step 2 - Delivery by Mail Carrier (2-5 Business Days)

Once your package is received by the mail carrier it can take 2-5 business days to arrive to your residence depending on where you are located and the mail service that you chose when you made your purchase.

We are based in Burlington, New Jersey, United States. 

  

What happens if my package is lost or damaged?

If your package is damaged, please contact us via email and we will ship out a new package. Please send a photo of the damage if possible to support@reclaimyourcrown.co or use our website contact form here.

 

What mail carriers and services do you offer?

Shipping can be purchased via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS. We ship world-wide.

*Please keep in mind that USPS/UPS Priority mail is the speed in which the mail carrier delivers your package, this is not rush or expedited in regards to our order processing time.

For United States customers who spend $50 and up you will receive free standard USPS or UPS shipping.
