1. Orders take up to 7 days to ship out. We are a handmade company with a small batch process.

2. U.S. Orders that are over $40 are shipped out at no cost to the customer via Priority Mail (this includes package insurance) which take 1-3 days to arrive after the order has been shipped out.

3. Orders under $40 have a flat rate cost of $5.99 and it is delivered via First Class Mail which takes 1-3 business days after the product has been shipped.

Please allow 7-10 Business Days for your product to arrive.

International orders have a flat rate fee of $30.00

Preservatives are used in water based products to prevent bacterial growth and protect consumers.These formulations are therefore using approximately 98% all natural ingredients.

Oils and butters do not require a preservative so they are not used in our products making them 100% all natural, please store in a cool dry place to keep fresh. Safflower Whipped Shea is a temperature sensitive product, high temperatures will cause it to melt, and when it re-solidifies there will be crystallization.
