Reclaim Your Crown Cook Freelance/Contract Application
- Must be 18 or older.
- Must show proof of age with a valid Driver's License or State I.D.
- Must be available on Sunday November 19th, 2023.
- Must work an 8 hour shift 9am to 5pm.
- Must wear a hair net and gloves.
- Must fill out a W-9 Form. Payments will be made upon project completion or end of the work day via Zelle, Cash App, Paypal or Square.
- This is a short term project and new projects may or may not arise.
